Consulting Scoped to Your Objectives, Not a Fixed Package
We start with a full audit of your existing systems, structure, and data to find out what's actually broken, and what isn't, so every hour and every dollar goes toward what will actually move the needle.
From there, we scope the engagement to match: a single focused project, an ongoing fractional retainer, or a phased infrastructure build. Every deliverable includes rollout, training, and a defined follow-through period, so what we build keeps working long after the engagement ends.
Diagnostic Assessment
Best for: Companies wanting clarity before committing
A full organizational audit, gap analysis, and prioritized action plan, so you know exactly what needs fixing, and in what order, before spending another dollar on it.
Fractional Retainer
Best for: Growth-stage companies needing embedded, part-time leadership
Steady, scoped support at CPO-level, without adding a full-time hire. Deliverables land consistently, and your team keeps every one of them.
Infrastructure Build
Best for: Specific system builds or turnaround situations
A defined project on a fixed scope, delivered with full hand-off documentation and training, so your team can run it without us.
What We Do
We're specific about our lane on purpose. Bespoke work only pays off when it's scoped to what actually needs building, not stretched to cover everything a company might need.
WHAT WE DON'T DO
A few things live outside our lane, but we still have your back.
Payroll processing. We build the compensation structure and evaluate ROI so you can make solid decisions; running it day to day is best handled by a dedicated payroll provider.
Recruiting or hiring on your behalf. We build the systems, structure, scorecards, and training so your team can hire well on their own.
PEO administration isn't something we take on, but we can help you evaluate what to look for if you need one.
And for active legal disputes, our guidance is advisory so you walk in prepared, but you'll want employment counsel in your corner for anything litigation-level.
